Nah, Eye on You isn't complete. The "mack daddy" stuff is meant to be a background element laid under some actual sung verses, like the low-register "Nightrain"s Axl sings under the Nightrain outro solo. The "ah-ah"s are guide melodies, like in Quick Song.
