He might even be a little better. Voice is the same, but I feel he's a bit more comfortable the second time around. There were times in Lisbon where he tried maybe a little too hard.

He sounds just as amazing as he did in Lisbon. Maybe even better.

He is better judging by these two clips, a little more rasp in key parts. He is also incredibly consistent, his scream being nearly the exact same 10 second length.

The power he's singing with on Hells Bells is unreal. I don't think he's had this kind of power and tone consistently throughout a show for 25 years.
