GnR is His solo project.
Fernando & the Lebeis/Bailey estate will reap the benefit.
Retirement would’ve been a better alternative. He couldn’t afford to retire tho. Such is the life of the last rock star.

Tariffs on China long overdue. Rest of West should follow suit.
Finally a bit of business nous/tough negotiation coming through.

she shows her ass in it.
That alone makes it worth the price of admission.
I wish she would've done more horror films in her youth. She was great in FD3.
Alien: covenant - felt exactly the same after seeing it in cinema, I felt like I was only person who enjoyed Prometheus given hate it’s received.
I hate how everything has to be a huge and immediate blockbuster now and if its not, they just toss whatever plans they had and move full speed ahead with something else.
People interested in Prometheus knew it was a planned trilogy. A slow burner was expected...but since xenomorphs weren't spewing acid all over the place, it gets crap reviews and they pull the plug on the vision. We get the worst of both worlds in its place.
This kind of shit impacts all sorts of films. Because the film Rings bombed, the Friday the 13th reboot was canceled.
Different era mate. Gotta take these things as they come/on their own merit. I think most valid criticism of covenant from Prometheus was that it did away with main intrigue of Prometheus inside 30 seconds: when they arrived at creators home world & unleashed bioweapon rather than explore origin storyline. In retrospect I think it was another mastsrstroke from Ridley & makes covenant a more self contained piece/film while answering by ignoring questions of previous film. It’s like, “ok we’ve kind of explained what we’ve needed to explain, now here’s another story.”

Gadot is a terrible actress also. She is fine though.
Ha!

Bari Weiss is my new hero. I've liked her since the start of the #MeToo movement.
I always find it kind of weird when you people aren’t funny.

Sounds like the subplot to a Califorication type show at this point.
Ezrin as a star player??? Zzzzzzzzzzzz.... We have finally scrapped the bottom of the barrel regarding CD & who is to blame. What a waste. All those wasted years, for Bob Ezrin & the whims of Axl. A cocktease. A waste of time & resources.
Axl was a spent force singer clawing on for dear life to justify his existence. That’s CD. + squandering opportunities & individualitiies like Bucket, even Bumble. Ugh. We wasted our lives downtime for this? I wasted my youth on this?!
FWIW killing joke have slayed this GnR last decade.
I mean we’ve all made mistakes professionally, & prob some of us have ripped the piss. But Axl’s inability to steeer the ship takes the cake.
Maybe in the context, at the time, the pressures seemed significant. But from the outside looking in its like, jfc you sacrificed slasher duff Izzy popcorn bucket for THAT? Oh man. & for those involved it seems like a punch to the gut. What I thought was true before were lies I couldn’t see..
Forfucks sake I’d have made a BETTER hash of tuning the show than the big head honcho himself.
Time to listen to OIAM.

I love MEW you should watch Fargo tv series (but you need to do all 3 seasons for it to make sense even tho it’s anthology). Season 1 = 10/10, 2 = 9.5/10, 3 (ft Ewan & mew) 9/10. Actually one of best tv shows ever. + she shows her ass in it.
I like Mtt Damon & liked the Martian but yea obv they were going to rescue him. Decent latter day Ridley. Never bothered with the book.
Wolf - quaaludes scene is one of the funniest things ever recorded. Gone jellyman myself once or twice, Leo knocked it out of the park.
Alien: covenant - felt exactly the same after seeing it in cinema, I felt like I was only person who enjoyed Prometheus given hate it’s received. More time has passed I enjoy the schlocky nature of covenant & utter disregard it has for Prometheus + Fassbender is absolutely fucking brilliant in it. Overlooked & actually pretty great taken on its own.
