Thanks for sharing!
I love how he speaks of the chemistry with Robin in 2006. You could tell listening to their guitar duet in the set then. I wonder if CD had had a better chance of coming out then if Bumblefoot hadn't been brought in. (And Axl hadn't felt he needed yet another guitar player on the album...)

Finished reading. Incredibly poor written, as previously stated.
Matt has had an outstanding life and several achievements for a musician/drummer. He deserved better.
It feels like a quick cash grab where he didn't put in the effort or even the caring to make this worthwhile.
Feels like a bad celebrity blog that had its entries compiled into a cheap bus station book.
Is it the finished version that should have come out in April, or could it still be a draft?

Didn’t Steven say something about Shadow, that that wasn’t his drumming?
He did, but somehow I still doubt that they really went through the trouble to properly re-record that recording. Some touch-ups sure, but the whole thing...

Set Me Free would have been a nice title choice as well. It’s a VR song, but one that got a lot of attention as it was their first outing. And he wrote the riff to it...
