I think cautiously optimistic describes my feelings, a bit tenuous but encouraged by the progress so far.
(off topic, excellent taste in music J.L. ) smile

Love that song! Dammit now all I wanna do is kick back and become chemically illuminated enough to watch "Pulse"  with all the shades down....... fuck the door and the phone.......

agree with monkeychow.....look at your own life, has anything changed plans you may have had 10 years ago?
Has anything unpreditable altered your life? Axl is no liar, he is human-somehow people forget this-expecting perfection,
News folks- the world is an imperfect place.

To creep back a few posts,it is amazing how many e-experts know exactly what the band should do,play, look in order to succeed-I wonder why they need a manager or a label, the e-experts could no doubt handle it all effortlessly and better.
Forum dwellers are such multi-talented people, they are obviously taking breaks from their day job as rocket scientists, and brain surgeons, Amazing!

Don't care what time they start, I'm single, nocturnal and have no kids. And as long as my funds hold out I'm intending to attend, and afterwards get as shitfaced as possible! Isn't anyone else seeing this as a good thing? Not even thinking about what a push this could give the Album, It's a kamikaze run and GNR have always done that well!!

If your uncle had wheels and pedals he'd be locked up somewhere. We can all play the game of what if......but fact is that is was released in 2008-it is what it is, AFD took a year to hit the charts-fact! So would it be a bad thing for this tour to give CD a second wind? No-not imo. I refuse to pull a reason to bitch out of my back pocket every time ANY news comes along, I for one am glad about the tour dates and that the wheels are finally rolling. And I'll enjoy every minute of seeing GNR live in concert again!!!! Hell yeah! And what is wrong with Dexter? It's a great show!!

I pay cash- and in return I get to see a concert, it's a trade off and I don't see how some people label it as cash-grab! It's not like they put a gun against your head and force you to buy tickets! I choose to make this my chosen form of
entertainment! I watch movies on my laptop at home, but concerts are better
when you are there! Maybe I'll send pics so the cash-grabaholics can experience it secondhand wink

It's the perfect time to release singles!! More exposure-more (dare I say it?)
Publicity. smile  I will be at as many shows as my savings mastercharge/visa will allow, and with no wife aggro to hinder me this is shaping up to be a good time! Will enjoy meeting some of you at the shows!
And now second part of post, first not enough shows-then too many? Can't please some people anytime, so why even try? No interviews then people bitch and gripe about the online interviews-I'm going to ignore peoples opinions and
do what makes me happy! selfish? you betcha!
