We are meeting with the sellers on Sunday, and I will sign the purchase agreement and write the check for my earnest payment, and that's the last step before we play the waiting game too find out our closing date!!! This is getting so exciting!

I still have done nothing to prepare my tablet for the trip, lol. Guess what I'll be doing tomorrow morning?
At least the packing list is done. Once I make my list, I can pack us in like 5 minutes per suitcase. I'm pretty much a professional at this point.
