It is simple, because Bumblefoot needed so much time to learn how to play the TWAT solo properly.

after watching clips from RRHOF. I agree 100% with a comment posted on youtube.
"This event has served to show the world a couple of things:
• How bad Axl has become as a performer
• How bad his "Guns N' Roses" band is in front of these guys
• How disrespectful for the fans and egomaniac Axl is, when he must have been there and at least say "thank you for make me a millionaire with the music this lineup created".
• That this guys are simply irreplaceable.
• What a good frontman and vocalist Myles is. Superb!"

There is one thing that intrigues me in this information. Why they want to play in Rybnik? Rybnik is a rather unknown town, even for Poles.

This information was confirmed by the Mayor of Rybnik and concert will take place in June next year.
