Some friends are having a party on Sat the 27th. Still no idea on what to go as. I was thinking of seeing if some friends would want to go as the Spice Grils (half assed version with 5 o'clock shadows, beer bellies, etc), but kinda late in the game now. As for the 31st, I live in the city of Philadelphia. So unfortunately I can get alot of kids sometimes. Some don't even dress up, they just come by asking for candy in t-shirt & jeans. Welcome to the city I suppose:-/

Anyways, I went over to cd.com to check out the latest and there's some guy (the original poster) called Bumbleslash that is making a big deal like he has something to release today.

It sounds like someone is trying to pull another MSL.

Did they get Dallas' 1st rd pick straght up, or are they swapping 1st rounders next year?  Either way it benefits Dallas but I hope they don't have two first rounders!!  Not a Herschel Walker trade all over again!! yikes

And the NFC doesnt suck. They are no different than the AFC, with the exception of having the ELITE teams. The AFC has New England and Indy. The NFC doesnt have an elite team like them. Doesnt mean they suck.

True there, that myth went out the window. Ariz beat Pitt, Seattle beat Cinci. The whole league is in parody, which is what the NFL wants. Only NE & Indy are in another echelon, and even they could go down in the playoffs.  The rest is fair & square. Chicago plays Eagles this week, loser of that game has slim chance to make the playoffs at 2-4.

Yeah, but I can understand. The NFL has taken alot of heat for players & concussions recently. Buckle up!

If length of productivity is the basis of comparison...then Axl isn't on the top 100. If you want to talk about quality, not quantity...then Axl is at the top 5.

yeah, it's a mix between the two. Buzzsaw was right to a point in my opinion, longevity does count for something. That's why Brett Favre is considered one of the greatest QB's, longevity. However, Steve Young was only very good for 7-8 years, but he's also up there as well.

It's a mix, with no exact formula. Bands like U2, Metallica & Aerosmith deserve to be up there for being around 20+, and they are. But that doesn't mean bands like The Beatles, The Who & Zeppelin weren't great, same with AIC, Nirvana & Soundgarden. Regardless, it's all opinion. But I think Axl could justifiably be put in some people's Top 10. I don't think I'd call that being blind or biased.
