I don't get you people who say you have no interest in seeing a reunion.
I'm sorry, but to me that means that you are an Axl Rose fan ... not a GN'R fan. This project of Axl's has had no solid lineup and no album releases. How in the hell can you say that you prefer that to the real deal ? Don't you people like bands who are able to maintain the same band members and release music ?
I agree with what James said yesterday about respecting other's opinions, and it makes the forum a more interesting place, but I honestly don't understand how anyone can say that they prefer this nu era when they really haven't done much of anything. I'm definitely interested in hearing Axl's album, but at the same time, I'm pro reunion all the way.
For all of you guys that said that you'd rather see Axl and his guys on payroll, ask yourself this question ...
Do you normally prefer coverbands to the real thing ?

I don't care about those who are hailing now Bach cause he's friends with Axl. Had he joined VR, the same guys would have hated the shit outta him. I think VR could have been the greatest GN'R tribute band of the world with Baz - thanks to God and Slash, they decided not to sign him. It's great that the guy found Axl (or Axl found him) and he gets some media attention. I can only hope that he'll rejoin Skid Row once gain, cause that was the shit. Slave is one of my Top10 favourite albums of all time

I'm not downing him because of the Axl tracks. He just has a tendency to take swipes at VR when the opportunity presents itself and its really lame.
He has to be the only person who insults a band he had intentions of joining. I understand there might be some animosity over their decision to pick Weiland(and Slash's remark years ago about not wanting to sound "dated", which was obviously directed at Bach), but there comes a point when things like that should remain private.
Man, i had forgot he had tried out for VR. That raises an interesting question really, but i think i'll make another thread for that.
Baz is obviously jealous, and that is his reason for dissing VR.
If they would have hired him a few years back, he would probably be doing the same thing to Axl.
Alot of kids under 20 know who Slash, Duff, and Scott Weiland are. I bet most wouldn't have a clue who Sebastian Bach is.
Dude hasn't been relevant since Youth Gone Wild.

this thread is in the current GnR section, so expect some different opinions. If it was in the VR section or even the old GnR section, then you'd have a point. Unlike you, I'm only sticking to the sections about bands I'm actually interested in and support.
I am interested in and do support Guns N Roses. 
Why do you go into the VR section at htgth if you're not interested in them ?

Half of them are about Baz's lame ass, the other half are theories and speculations.
