this is ridiculous...it's the same sample....i'm sure they didn't make it on purpose...everyone can use these samples and make songs...that doesn't mean he owns them.

I personally think that music industry is so much different today.Guns is a historic band that lost 2-3 chances for a glorious comeback...Guns will tour every 3 years ,then stop for 2 years,band members will do side projects and that's the way it'll be...There's nothing wrong with that.It's inevitable...Guns is a band with a huge past that doesn't need MTV airplay anymore...It's all about managers now.
Ron,Dizzy,DJ etc will always be mentioned as "member of Guns n' Roses" and as for the public recognition-you mentioned- i think people who care about music do know them...I see kids today with their i-pods ignoring Zeppelin and Rory Gallagher or Miles Davis...and that's the saddest part.It's all about promo and individual interest as well.
