Well, the title is certainly unusual.
I quite like what I hear on that little teaser video though.

There's been some reviews (Kerrang, Metal Hammer magazines) circulating the net recently from a new album listening session and so far they've been getting pretty positive reviews.

I don't get what's so bad about what Matt says here, or even in general. Everyone else seems to tip toe around Axl, but Matt tells it like it is. He seems like a laidback dude that doesn't take any of this too seriously.

My 30th Birthday Party last weekend, where the dress up theme was rock (of course) and I dressed up as the one and only Slash 21

Bums N' Bozos is me and my mate's crappy cover band. We suck, but it was all in good fun!

I'm kinda wishing I went along to see their Australian shows when they toured here, just so I could've gotten to see Gilby Clarke play. Always thought he was a pretty good player.
Jason Newsted was replaced and I'd seen Tommy in Motley Crue already, so paying $100 for tickets to see them was a bit much.

Now its old news and nobody cares.

Judging by the early sales results, nobody cared then either.

Thats true, but you have to tour your record. The times are different. Years ago, you released a record to promote your tour. Now its the opposite. Gotta tour to promote your record. He twiddled his thumbs for over six months while bitching about the industry and how nobody was buying Angel Down.

He still hasn't thanked the people who did support him.

At the Sydney show he kept saying how great Australia was and he said he was very thankful for all of the people who bought his album and came out to see him live. So I guess it's better late than never.

Saw Sebastian Bach in Sydney last night, which was supposed to be the second show of the Aussie tour.
The first show in Newcastle has been postponed until the end of the tour (probably from low ticket sales I'm guessing), so last night ended up being the first show.

Can't remember the setlist entirely, but he opened with Back in the Saddle, followed by Slave To The Grind then into Big Guns. The encore concluded with Youth Gone Wild and then did a second with Angel Down. Played for around an hour and 20 mins. Also played Love Is A Bitch Slap, Stuck Inside, You Don't Understand, By Your Side (which he said he will be making a video for with Wayne Isham), American Metalhead, Stabbin Daggers and a couple of others from Angel Down.

Great gig, despite the lack of numbers in the crowd. Baz hit every note and screamed for an hour and a half, and the band was really tight. Very impressive. And man, it was loud. My ears are still ringing today.

I wonder if Axl texted Baz after he first auditioned for VR too?

Funny how he fails to mention his 'loyalty' to Axl then...

Chester sounds pretty good on those songs with them. I wonder if he's being considered as singer for VR...?
It might be a pretty smart move actually, Linkin Park have a pretty big fan base and would definitely bring some over to the VR camp if he was up front.
