I doubt that Hillary has people saying this about Obama in their phone calls. 14 Years ago, when a friend of mine was running for office, my husband and I made phone calls to folks to persuade them to vote for him. We did stick to what he stood for, how he planned to run things, the changes he was going to make if he got in. However, there was one person who did make phone calls for our friend that went a bit over board, and he got some complaints about that person- I guess he was very degrading about the others running against my friend and said some not savory things about them that he shouldn't have.

Yes, this person went overboard, over the line, in my opinion, but it isn't right to judge the candidate over the supporter's rude comment.

I agree, Communist China. They are brutal people. Hell, they booed Santa. Classy group of people, I tell ya. They're just as miserable at the hockey board I belong on, too. They love being hated and enjoy the bad reputation they have.

We lost again, but at least it was by one goal and in OT. At least we got a point out of it. Auld played very well tonight, as did Anderson. It was a snoozefest to watch, though.

If Eddie is sick, then I wish him a speedy recovery.

Last night's game was a just a joy to behold and watch- 10-2. 16

First Thomas was in the net, four goals get by him. Then Aubin in the net for two more goals. Back to Thomas for another three goals, then Aubin for one more goal. I've only seen this one other time, and Thomas was in the net for that game as well last year (vs. Toronto). May I never witness that kind of smoking again- I hope both goalies got their shitty games for the year out of their system, as we can't have this crap to look forward to come playoffs. 18

On a good note- Ottawa and Montreal lost last night, too. 14

40 degrees here today- it's a heatwave. 14

The snowbanks around here are taller than me by a foot or two. Roads have no place left for any more snow, and are getting narrower with every storm we get. I dread this spring, as we will have massive floods once this all starts melting. 18

Great. Last year it was spinach, this year alfalfa sprouts. Both staples in my food consumption. 18

Yeah, really. No offense to Gary Coleman, but that was way more information than I needed to know about his private life. 14

There were a few child actors that didn't get messed up. The kids from the shows like The Waltons, Little House on the Prairie have never been in the press for negative lifestyles, just to name a couple. I haven't heard anything about the kids from Roseanne, but I could be wrong.

Not everyone turns out like the kids from Different Strokes and Danny Bonaduce, thank goodness.

I think it's really sad what has happened to Brittany. Ever since she got married (now divorced) and had children, it seems like her life just spiraled out of control. It's obvious that she wasn't ready for marriage and children, but sadly, her children are paying an awful price for it.

I hope she's not pregnant again for both her and the baby's sake. She needs to get herself under control. and her life back on track. Such a talented, beautiful young lady wasting her life away. Heartbreaking, if you ask me.

I have no sympathy for her or anyone else stupid enough to do this. When are people going to learn it doesn't pay to do this? Not only are fools putting their own lives at risk doing something so stupid, but they're also endangering innocent people out there who's only crime was to be on the road at the same time as the offender.
