U2 wouldn't open for the stones whole tour, but they could still share a one off bill - like aca dacca did for the stones on the bigger bang. i've no qualms in saying that U2 are the biggest whatever... but this all moot 'cause the stones aren't playing and when they are U2 won't be and then will the stones ever be playing again??

I'm a huge KISS fan, and would take them and their show over U2 anyday of the week. I do love the Stones though. But no one puts on a show like KISS.
agreeded. seen all them live & KISS r defo most brilliant & if they ever got a support slot 2 either Stones r U2 they'd blow their audiences minds if they were in any way open. live - KISS > Stones > U2, though the stones live '63- '72 woulda been somethin'..
but KISS'll never support those bands especially not the stones. KISS never really made it as a stadium band, did they? (i mean you could get acca dacca or even U2 supporting the stones who both fill stadiums in their own right.. 4 all their commercial appeal i doubt KISS'd even do stadiums as well as Guns r Aerosmith..)
nonetheless Alive II is better than anything any of those bands did 'cept AFD & a bagful of Stones numbers..

IF they do do those 'club' shows like hammersmith whaz the chances of this board gettin' sorted 4 tickets like htdgth etc did last time??
IF they did a smaller UK venue i'd be salivating 2 go. only time's i've seen GnR has been an open air gig so i'm antsy even for an arena show in Europe (preferably Amsterdam..)

jeeeezzzzzzzzzzus, can we not be trollin' del at this stage??! as Lame as his involvement with the band is, bitching about it at this stage ain't gonna change anything. & like Rex alluded to he has helped axl 2 some extent write some classic Guns songs & axl 2 some extent is why we are where & who we are..

nightrain is the only song needed to make it the absolute best cd set - cd era guns are great with nightrain, surprised they didn't play it. maybe axl didn't feel it - or feel up to it...
