History
Richard lent a hand on Jesse Malins debut solo album "The Fine Art Of Self Destruction".
Richard Fortus (born November 17, 1966) is a professional guitarist who is most famous for being rhythm guitarist in Guns N' Roses.
Originally from Saint Louis, Fortus cut his teeth throughout the Midwest with his band, The Eyes. The four-piece alternative band independently released "Freedom in a Cage", which was produced by David Probst. They became hugely popular for their live shows as they mixed their originals with underground covers from such bands as Red Hot Chili Peppers and Bauhaus. They were eventually signed by Atlantic Records, where they changed their name to Pale Divine and subsequently toured the U.S. with The Psychedelic Furs in support of their only album, Straight to Goodbye.
After The Psychedelic Furs split up, Fortus formed Love Spit Love with Richard Butler and Tim Butler. When The Furs reformed in 2000, Fortus joined the group as second guitarist and played on the live album 'Beautiful Chaos: Greatest Hits Live'.
Fortus has since left The Furs and is now a member of Guns N' Roses, replacing Axl Rose's childhood friend Paul Tobias. In Guns N' Roses, Richard plays both rhythm and lead guitar. Axl is very pleased with Richard's work and has said, "He's an amazing lead player and very technically skilled. He really likes the pocket that Brain sets and the two of them click with Tommy so we finally have the real deal rhythm section, as Richard is a proven professional. Basically, Richard's the guy that we always were looking for."
On November 5, 2005, Richard's wife, Jen Fortus, gave birth to a baby daughter. Her name is Paisley Piper Fortus.
On March 2008 it was announced that Richard was one of the guest guitarists on the upcoming shows of X Japan at the Tokyo Dome.
Richard is currently performing with Rihanna on her Good Girl Gone Bad world tour.
In 2008 he also contributed as guitar player on the debut cd of Paramount Styles.

History
Robin Finck grew up in Marietta, Georgia and like most young teenagers played with several unsigned bands; in his case, primarily in the Atlanta area.
He joined Nine Inch Nails as part of their touring band in 1994-95 for their Self-Destruct and Further Down the Spiral tours. Finck appeared with Nine Inch Nails at Woodstock '94, and saw his first official release with them, the Closure video, come out in 1997. Once the tour was completed, he took a job playing for the circus troupe Cirque du Soleil in the original tour of Quidam.
In 1996 Robin was recruited by Guns N' Roses to work on their new album Chinese Democracy, signing a two-year contract. When the two years were up only one single had been released by GNR; Oh My God, featured on the End of Days Soundtrack.
Finck rejoined Nine Inch Nails as the band embarked on their Fragility v1.0 and Fragility v2.0 tours. These tours saw the release of another live album/DVD, And All That Could Have Been, Finck's second release with them.
Shortly after the tour ended in late 2000, he returned to Guns N' Roses and toured with them in Brazil, Asia, Europe and North America during 2001-2002. In the summer of 2006, Robin toured with Guns N' Roses throughout Europe playing in front of over 700,000 people. They finished up by touring North America for the remainder of the year. The following year, Guns N' Roses toured in Mexico, Australia and Japan.
As of April 4th 2008 Robin was announced to be rejoining Nine Inch Nails for touring purposes aswell as appearing on "The Slip". GNR responded to the news through GunsNRoses.com with the following:
Robin's plans caught everyone in Guns, as well as our fans, a bit off-guard.
Really [...] the best way for us to address things at this time: "Only Robin knows what Robin's doing."
Neither we nor management, etc., know any more in this regard and we prefer not to speculate or offer opinions at this time.
Robin's Robin. [...]
When we begin to put tour plans together, we'll see where things are. Until then, Robin's touring with NIN [...]
On the 14th November 2008 Robin Fincks listing as a band member was removed from the Guns N Roses official myspace page. As of this date he is no longer considered to be a band member by GNR fans, though an official announcement has not been made.

History
The first known collaborations by Paul "Huge" Tobias and childhood friend Axl Rose can be traced back to 1984 and the formation of Hollywood Rose. The band's demo tape featured two songs co-written by Rose and Tobias; Shadow of Your Love and Back Off Bitch.
In 1985, Rose moved on to form Guns N' Roses. Several tracks on the band's debut album, Appetite for Destruction, were written beforehand and originally intended for earlier projects. While the Hollywood Rose track "Shadow of Your Love" was re-recorded during these sessions, it didn't make it to the album. It was however released as a B-side to the album's first single, "It's So Easy". Tobias was also thanked in the album's credits.
The third Guns N' Roses studio album, Use Your Illusion I, was released in 1991, featuring a re-recorded version of "Back Off Bitch". At the time, Rose stated in an interview that the song was roughly ten years old.
In late 1994, Tobias played rhythm and lead guitar on the band's cover version of Rolling Stones' "Sympathy for the Devil". While Tobias contributed to the song on Rose's request, his inclusion is known to have caused friction between Rose and the band's then-lead guitarist Slash, because of an overdub made by Tobias of Slash's solo on the song.
Tobias is known to have worked and recorded with Guns N' Roses in 1996, when the band started working on their fifth studio album. His role in the band was not clarified publicly at the time. According to Rose, this was due to the uncertainty on whether Tobias would eventually be featured on the record and subsequent tours as a rhythm guitarist. While former band members Slash and drummer Matt Sorum have publicly stated that Tobias' involvement strengthened their respective decisions to resign from Guns N' Roses, Rose has stood by his associate.
"The public gets a different story from the other guys Â- Slash, Duff, Matt - who have their own agendas. The original intentions between Paul and myself were that Paul was going to help me for as long as it took to get this thing together in whatever capacity that he could help me in. So when he first was brought into this, he was brought in as a writer to work with Slash.".
In 1997, Tobias began working for Guns N' Roses full-time in a studio setting, jamming and recording song ideas with, among others, the band's keyboardist Dizzy Reed and lead guitarist Robin Finck. During this time Tobias and Reed wrote a song called "Oh My God". In 1999, the band recorded the song and released it on the soundtrack of the Arnold Schwarzenegger film End of Days.
In January 2001, when Guns N' Roses played their first concerts in eight years at Las Vegas House of Blues and Rock in Rio III, Rose introduced Tobias on stage in both shows as someone who had helped him in keeping the band together during the past years. In Las Vegas, Rose also noted that Tobias had previously played live in only a handful of shows. The band would play their next two concerts in December 2001, again in Las Vegas. They proved to be Tobias' last appearances as a band member.
Tobias was officially replaced in the band by Richard Fortus in the summer of 2002 due to his aversion to touring.
In 2002, Tobias' band mank Rage expressed interest in releasing an album, consisting of material recorded prior to his tenure with Guns N' Roses. In July 2006, nearly four years later, a MySpace account featuring three of the band's demos was opened.

History
As a singer, guitarist and songwriter Gilby Clarke is an old-school mash-up of Keef, Johnny Thunders, and B.B. King.
See, the tousled guitar hero was but a 17 -year-old Cleveland punk when he split for the sparkly glit of Hollywood. A fresh-off-the-bus cliché? Nah, Clarke made it all his own.
He dived into the Tinseltown music scene headfirst and came up swinging in Candy. (whose lone 1984 Polygram album, Whatever Happened to Fun?, is referenced in the hippest of rock crit corners; copies fetch hefty coin on Ebay). When the criminally ignored Candy soured, Clarke fronted Kill for Thrills, a wonderfully strident, big riff quartet (for whom Clarke penned the lion's share of tunes).
From there, Clarke won Izzy's spot in the Guns N' Roses circus; private jets, football stadiums and diplomatic immunity followed. He spent three years on the massive Use Your Illusion world tour that began in the fall of '91. Clarke appeared on the GN'R albums' The Spaghetti Incident, Live Era '88 - '91 and Greatest Hits. While a member of the band he was a recipient of the MTV Video Vanguard Award. Oh yeah, let's not forget'¦ he has his picture on the GNR pinball machine too.
When the Guns machine imploded at the behest of W. Axl Rose, Clarke hit out on his own armed with a les paul and a handful of songs. (Note: Guns did not implode, Gilby was fired)
Hence his solo show, which kicked off in '94 with the critically gushed over Pawnshop Guitars (included the four-on-the-floor rock radio hits 'Cure Me...Or Kill Me,' and 'Tijuana Jail'), followed by '97's The Hangover (two cuts can be heard in the Bruce Willis vehicle The Story of Us), '98's Rubber, '99's 99 Live, and 2002's Swag.
In the meantime, the guitarist began sharpening his studio skills in his own Redrum recording facility. He's produced many, including LA Guns, Beat Angels and the aforementioned Rolling Stone Best New Artist pick The Bronx.
For kicks, Clarke launched a couple of jam nights in LA. His all-star Muddy Waters-inspired Blues Mafia gigs weekly at the world famous jazz club the Baked Potato. Another, The Starfuckers, rip the Sunset Boulevard porn-and-TV-star-studded den the Cat Club. Both nights continue to be standing-room-only.
Oh, yeah, Clarke and Stray Cat Slim Jim Phantom, formed a killer band called Col. Parker, whose rootsy, garage rock debut on V2, Rock N' Roll Music, came out in '02. That record made a few year-end key top-ten lists.
In '03 Gilby joined Heart for their national tour and TV appearances. He oversaw much of Nancy Sinatra's California Girl record, and played guitar in her touring band.
In 2006 Gilby starred on CBS's Rockstar:Supernova. Gilby, Tommy Lee and Jason Newstead started a new band and used the television show to pick a singer. They released a record for Epic and launched a world tour the following year. Gilby also played guitar for the VH1 Rock Honors tribute to Kiss with his new bandmate Tommy.
2007 saw the release of a self titled best of album.

History
Matt Sorum was born Matthew William Sorum (Norwegian spelling Sørum), on November 19th 1960, in Mission Viejo, California. His parents were of English and Norwegian descent. Sorum started out in Mission Viejo as a local musician in 1975. Wearing trademark "Union Flag" shorts and nothing else, he used to pound a huge acrylic drumset and overpower his first band "Prophecy", where he and lead singer / guitarist, Jeff Harris, stood out and the rest of the band just disappeared.
A local songwriter, Stephen Douglas, pulled him from the band and joined him with other talented musicians in the area to form "Chateau", a wall-of-sound band with grandiose themes and sounds in their songs.
Sorum's work with Chateau produced a four song set that was covered by local radio stations for a short time, but the music scene changed from grandiose rock to punk and alternative new wave music. Sorum left and went to Hollywood to play with a series of bands, including "Population Five", with the bassist Prescott Niles from The Knack, . He then left on a tour around the country with a blues guitarist, playing nightclubs and bars.
In 1988, he was recruited to play on the debut album of Y Kant Tori Read, a band fronted by a then unknown Tori Amos. In the wake of that project, he joined The Cult as their live drummer for the 1989 tour in support of Sonic Temple.
In 1989, after Slash saw Sorum live with The Cult on their Sonic Temple tour, he was impressed and shortly after Sorum joined Guns N' Roses in 1990 as Steven Adler's replacement. Sorum featured fully on the lengthy Use Your Illusion Tour, drumming on all of the 192 shows, 8 legs and to over 7 million fans. He can be heard on Use Your Illusion I, Use Your Illusion II (excluding the track "Civil War"), "The Spaghetti Incident?", the 1994 cover of the Rolling Stones track "Sympathy for the Devil" and the majority of Live Era: '87-'93.
In 2002, Sorum reunited with Slash and bassist Duff McKagan for a charity benefit. Realizing that they still had chemistry together, they formed a new band called Velvet Revolver with former STP frontman, Scott Weiland and rhythm guitarist Dave Kushner. After the 2004 release of their debut album Contraband, they embarked on a worldwide tour that continued through December 2005.
In addition Velvet Revolver Sorum released first solo album entitled Hollywood Zen, in 2003. The album, available through his website, was a musical statement about his life, touring, relationships, etc. In the same year, Sorum also began playing with newly formed Camp Freddy.
In 2006, Sorum began guest recording in his studio with a new project, called Circus Diablo. That year, he also launched a clothing line, SorumNoce.
After taking some time off in 2006, Sorum and the rest of the band returned to the studio in December to record Libertad, Velvet Revolver's second album, released July 3, 2007. Sorum toured with the band, until Singer Scott Weiland left the band on April 1, 2008 to reunite with his STP bandmates.
On June 4, 2008, Sorum revealed Camp Freddy was working on an album.
Velvet Revolver plan to unveil their new singer soon (as of August 2008).

History
Darren Arthur "Dizzy" Reed was born on June 18, 1963 in Hindsdale, Illinois and raised in Colorado. He learned to play the organ at a young age and formed small local bands before leaving elementary school. At 15, Reed began playing keyboards to escape constant bullying at school.
In the 1980s, Reed moved to Los Angeles to pursue a musical career. He was a founding member of The Wild and in 1985 met members of Guns N' Roses when the bands had neighbouring practise facilities. In the latter part of the decade, Reed briefly joined the band Johnny Crash as a guitarist. However, the band broke up shortly after he joined.
In 1990, Axl Rose invited Reed to join Guns N' Roses to play keyboard the Use Your Illusion albums. The other members of the band did not initially accept him, but he was eventually considered a band member after they heard his contributions on the albums. He toured the albums with the band and helped record "The Spaghetti Incident?".
Outside of Guns N' Roses, Dizzy Reed has collaborated with Duff McKagan, Gilby Clarke, and Slash on their solo project albums. He is a self-proclaimed fan of Christian rock musician Larry Norman and appeared on his 1998 album Copper Wires. Reed also appeared on Tommy Stinson's Village Gorilla Head in 2004. In 2006, Reed appeared on Court Jester's Strangeland.
In recent years, Reed has composed music for the film scores The Still Life and Celebrity Art Show. He has also acted in the 2005 film Charlie's Death Wish.
Reed is currently the longest serving member (other than Axl Rose) of Guns N' Roses. When not touring with Guns N' Roses, he tours with his hard rock cover band Hookers N' Blow, featuring a revolving door of musicians. Here, he plays keyboard and occasionally sings lead vocals.
