Maybe...but they basically have 4 full albums of material to choose from, plus a covers album. Appetite, Lies, UYI 1, UYI 2, TSI...and not even including CD.
25 songs...10 from Appetite, 2 from Lies, 8 from the Illusion albums, 2 from CD, Duff does a cover from TSI and Slash does the Godfather solo. But this is coming from someone who has never seen them live.

Oh wow...awesome for Cincy to have Adler finally show. I hope it's more than a one off. Hope to see him in New Orleans...heck, get Izzy to show up too!

I think it's the fact that when they were rehearsing for the tour, the word was that they were practicing their entire catalog (yeah, I know)...so it kinda made it seem like there would be more variety from night to night. Obviously there are "must play" tracks...which for most fans would be 10 songs from Appetite alone probably...and then November Rain, KOHD, and YCBM at a minimum from UYI. I do think it's great they're doing Coma...DTJ isn't a fav, but it's a deep track which is cool. I know I'd like to see My Michelle and Think About You in there. But I've also never seen GN'R live...since there hasn't really been a GN'R since '93...just the Axl Rose Band (just opinion).
Again...it's just opinions...no one is losing sleep over this, but I'd like to see an encore go:
Civil War
KOHD
Paradise City
(with Don't Cry and Patience both added earlier in the set)

I'm not complaining about the set-list...it's better than most would have hoped for...but everyone has little tweaks they'd like to see. For me, it would be great to see The Seeker dropped in the encore and both Patience and Don't Cry performed with PC remaining the closer. If I could change one thing, that'd be it.
Then I'd rather see one of the CD tracks dropped in favor of rotating in another deep track like Think About You or Locomotive. DTJ isn't one of my favorites...I'd be ok with seeing it rotated with UYI tracks like Pretty Tied Up, Bad Apples, Breakdown, or the Garden.

I wonder if they're going to keep the same set-list all the way through the tour...I really thought they'd mix it up more...switch out 2-3 songs as they go. As it is, it looks like they're rotating Don't Cry and Patience in the encore...which makes no sense to me. Both should be played over any cover...esp in the encore. Would like to see them drop a couple of covers that aren't KOHD and maybe one of the CD tracks and add in Think About You, Locomotive, and Patience. It's crazy to not do Patience every show...it's probably their 3rd or 4th biggest hit chart wise maybe.

Yeah, I know This I Love isn't a cover...I guess my sentence structure left something to be desired. I meant I'd like to see a couple of covers, plus This I Love, be dropped...and Locomotive, Think About You, and Patience added in their place.
It's crazy to leave out "Patience" though...unless he forgot how to whistle lol. Hopefully the set-list will be tweaked as they go...also, it makes no sense to throw in a cover in the encore especially. I know this is all just nit-picking...the fact they played for over 2 1/2 hours is great...hope they do that on every stop. Everyone has their personal "preferences" when it comes to the set-list. But, again, it's crazy to leave out Patience...probably one of their 3-4 biggest hits, chart-wise.

No "Patience" in the set list?!?!?
Way too many covers to be leaving out GNR classics. Drop a couple covers not named KOHD and This I Love...add Patience, Locomotive, and Think About You...that would then be a dream set list for me...although I would switch DTJ with The Garden or Yesterdays.

A Skid Row reunion opener was my first choice...I also thought the Black Crowes would have been a good fit as an opening act on a stadium tour. No matter...no one asked me lol...and like was said, most bought tickets not for the opening act...although it would have been nice to get max bang for the buck.

To be honest, I don't know The Cult from The Cure LOL. Checked them out on Youtube..."Fire Woman" was the one song I knew...others seemed like they were more Depeche Mode new age-ish or something. I'm a little disappointed. I think for a stadium tour...one of the most anticipated tours in years...that they could have gotten better opening acts.

The Cult opens in New Orleans...not a big surprise. Decent I guess, but not really a fan...I know one song...probably means I hang at the hotel a little longer. My dreams of the Skid Row reunion happening for this tour shattered...
