Good article, nice read. Made me go and find the leaks online again, my original download got wiped out. I wanna hear the original hard school again.
#22 Re: The Sunset Strip » Christine McVie Dead at 79 » 157 weeks ago
Shocking thing is that I didn’t realise she was 79, that’s scary as I just don’t equate the band with that kind of age. Timeless music. It’s inevitable though, Christ I’m 46 and these guys were peaking when I was a new born baby. She was only three years younger than my mum.
All that aside, Rumours & Tango, they don’t come much bigger than that. RIP Christine.

Yeah I get your point, it was just another reminder to me of how lame they are about so many things. I was genuinely excited about the reunion when it started, as I guess so many of us were, but here we are YEARS later, same ol same ol. Lol. Haven't posted in ages, and it's just a moan. Apologies.

Watch the YCBM clip again...look.at his eyes. He doesn't even want to be there.
Oh I would but... "This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Universal Music Group" = weak.

Yeah, total shocker to wake up to this news today. He seemed such a nice dude, and of course was a beast of a drummer.
Good singer too, the video of him doing Queen’s Somebody to Love is great.
He will be missed. RIP Taylor.
#27 Re: Guns N' Roses » Slash confirms “one or two” new songs by June » 195 weeks ago
In addition to a new album I’d like to see Axl, Duff, Slash, Izzy and Steven play.
Holy grail right there!
#28 Re: Guns N' Roses » Hardschool single coming September 24th. » 219 weeks ago
If the song is about Slash then it makes sense if the vocals were recorded in 1996.
You shitting me? 1996? If so, way cool. In a certain way.
I like the track, production is terrible, but underneath it’s a solid rocker. Just wish they did the production & promotion properly rather than the half assed shit show that it is. Live versions will probably be better than the official release.
That said, I’d take this over silence any day, so fair play to them for getting it out, I’ll support it.
#29 Re: Guns N' Roses » 30 years of UYI » 220 weeks ago
I’ll take the yellow long sleeve shirt, a mug & a face mask. Thanks!
I mean, Jesus Christ, in 1991 I remember the massive wait for UYI and the frenzy when it dropped, and this is the anniversary merch? To celebrate one of the biggest album releases of all time! Come on!!!! All the designs are lame. I wouldn’t buy any of that crap.
I’d be up for a just a white shirt with the full album cover on the front (red or blue) and some dates on the back to commemorate the epic tour. Or some reissue shirts from the 91-93 tour. How hard is that?

I was a bit 'meh' about the Boston version, but the actual single, I love it. The guitars are great, and it's an F-U punk rocker which seems perfect for the first single back. I'm kinda excited about what comes next.
