It's a kind of a cd that let's you into the artistic creation of Axl & company without having to live up to a certain standard. Physical Graffiti by Led Zep was that kind of lp were after they've lived up to certain formulas to make it in the music business they decided to cut an lp that is layed back and loose.
Chinese Democracy has that quality. If you think about it this cd explores many avenues of soundscapes than compared to the previous cds. I would have never thought that Axl would do a song like If the World or This I Love. 

I wonder if Axl is going to reply to Mr. Vince Neil. It's funny that these two guys hold a grudge or something towards each other considering both bands are almost under the same category of music. (I said almost. lolo)
At any rate the way I see it that's just free publicity for Axl and his G&R.
The one thing I can say (with the acception of Steve A.) None of the G&R members ever had to sell out for reality shows. Vince & Tommy Lee did. Throw Bret in there as well.
