Izzy called Axl his "closest friend". I found that interesting, I know they were good friends growing up, but I wasn't aware of how good of friends they are nowadays
Both Izzy and Duff are in great positions to facilitate some sort of reconciliation between Axl and Slash, and neither one is willing to step up, that frustrates me

On topic, Personally I though the song was ok, not something I'm going to voluntarily listen to very often, but not total crap IMO. There's a reason songs like this aren't released
Off topic, Russ was a cool guy. He had his pros and cons just like any other member on the forum. I just don't take kind to pussying out on this forum and moding another

I don't think Grohl has captivated nearly enough audiences to be considered one of the top 10 greatest frontmen in the history of music
As for Cobaim, you're going to find him on any top list of singers/ frontmen because he died in his prime, think of the accolades Axl and Slash would be recieving if they died during the Illusions tour...they'd be legendary
The fact that guys like Geddy Lee and Kurt Cobain are higher than Axl is preposterous, but lists always seem to be skewed

He looks fucking odd in the picture from the magazine in 2012. I actually prefer the cornrows.
I think at this point everyone is preferring the cornrows. When he was rocking the cornrows in 2006, he was in shape, had a rocking voice, and his clothing wasn't as questionable as I think it is now
