no doubt. they should just have the first four (Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Nevada) have theirs in January and then the other 46 do theirs on the same day in Feb or March You'd get a clear nominee real quick.

Lets try not to get into the old vs new thing, at least in this thread. I know I played a role in the reunion hijack recently because some planets look to be aligning, but each Finck topic doesn't really require reunion speculation.

I believe that people in general will always prefer to see Izzy, Axl, Slash and Duff play together live rather than the crew Axl has assembled today.
why has this thread about Robin turned into stupid reunion speculations. your statement is incorrect. a lot of people dont' givea shit about the old lineup and dont' care to see a stupid reunion. Lets not take this thread there.

Also, Robin has communicated to GnR fans after the RIR 4 cancellation and also more recently when the australian and japanese dates were cancelled. I think if he was out of the band, he would probably say something. Since he hasn't, and no one else has, theres no reason to believe he's not still in the band.

since niether party has said anything do we assume its a non issue?
i think with BH, we may not have had any confirmation on that had it not been for the cancellation of RIR 4 back in 2004.
They didn't tell us who was replacing him, we found out the first night GnR played in 2006.
I guess I'm saying this question/issue may not be answered until GnR hits the stage again. So yea I assume its a non-issue. I assume he's in the band until I hear otherwise.

Lighten up dude. You have to admit its kind of fucked up that with all the stuff going on in GnR world right now, the only thing they update us about is Del James doing a book signing? Its almost as bad as when they updated us about the missing bike. They cant give us any kind of update about the possibility of the longest serving member (besides Axl) leaving, but they can invite us to spend our money in order to support one of their own.
do you honestly think sending GnR's myspace immature messages like that is going to a goddamn bit of good? It just makes you look like a child. and its certainly not helping anything.
Heres an idea, stop worrying!! If they want to promote Del's book, so fucking what? Did you ever stop to think that maybe some people are interested in going to this book signing? but because you aren't, thats a good reason to send stupid fucking messages across the internet to whoever is running GnR's myspace?
