Got the last guardian & the division sitting unopened. Tryin to clear the decks, playing catch-up. Tried metro redux but it didn't really click, gave me a headache actually.. tryin to commit to batman arkham knight but it's hard to find time. These games are too big. Makes me think I'll struggle to do the division, don't really have chance to sit uninterrupted for the time it takes.
For example, inside was my favourite game this year.

She always came across like she'd be great company, either for the party or the comedown. Good actor too. Funny.
Fuck 2016.

I'm not really big on Christmas tbh. Hope you guys have a happy holiday n shit, it's not like I'm anti-Christmas. Just the commercialisation & all the bullshit that goes along with it creates this toxicity, needless pressure. People searching, desperate for some connections & relationships, and then in a couple of weeks things are just back into their regular cycle.. it's a weirdness.
Peace.

Sad news pasnow. A few weeks ago some asshole ran over & killed one of my cats. They didn't even stop and let me know, just drove off. I found the cat the next day.
I'm not a big pet guy, used to be when I was a kid. Now I just keep them to try and ward off pests n shit. But I can see how it'd be a big part of your life, a loyal companion yea? Sad stuff.

Playin Belfast in March.
It's a Monday night gig so I'll not be able to party like I would like & give it the respect it deserves, or disrespect I should say. Prob just standing at the back & having one or two pints. Ideally I'd get so steaming I could barely remember the gig.
But it's cheap so there's that.
They actually played here a few weeks ago, supporting nickleback at an arena show. I obviously didn't go to that.
Looking forward to it.
The Monday thing is a drag tho. A few of my friends would love this sorta gig but I prob won't be able to convince them to go. Why do they put gigs on during week nights?! I imagine this would be a good drinking gig. I'll still go & see what the craic is.

Tbh London would actually be more accessible, & not so much more unjustifiably expensive, than Slane.
There's always tickets going around. Even on the day there'll be people wanting rid.
Yea UK Ticketmaster site crashed for me. But went thru Irish site & then was in queue for 20mins. My mates had already got theirs on Irish site so I knew it was just a matter of time for me. The UK site was a disaster tho.
