First you illegally listen to leaks and then bitch about the track list because you've heard songs before

If you heard the leaks (like I did) then tough. You were not supposed to hear them, you did it out of your own free will.

Now you get a track list with songs you've heard before. Deal with it.

My girlfriend doesn't like any GNR songs. Not old or new. She DIGS Shacklers Revenge though. Since she does it, there's gotta be others too. She loves the chorus which I always found the most annoying in the song.

Doesn't matter. The stuff is not released and Slash is not making less of a crime than any of us when he blasts in it his car and speaks of it later.  He got it from someone and that someone is JUST as a bit of a "criminal" as Skwerl. Slash is totally contradicting himself.
