And back to Bumblefoot, he did a show with Tony Harnell in NY this weekend. He joined in on a version of Childs Play from 87's Tell No Tales. A merge between my two absolute fave bands GNR and TNT, fantastic.

Straight forward indeed, and we did go. They've taken bloody photos of their tracks, their landing sites, even the flags (one of them has fallen down due to the take off the Apollo spacecraft). Satellites can be such a fun thing.
So we did go, conspiracy theory proved bullshit once and for all..
Unless....the satellite images are Photoshopped............

Most scientists have concluded "we are not alone in the universe" as the universe most likely has life *everywhere*. If there is life on Mars for example, it will only show that their current view is right.
But let's stick to one out of 100 billion galaxies. In the milky way, we got 100 billion stars, and from what we now know, a large percentage got planets. Now, drop out all of those that is not inside the goldilock zone, there's still possibly a million planets in the right zone. Because there are so many, you're bound to meet life in some form.
SETI, looking for alien signals have looked at many, many stars. No luck, but since the amount of stars they have checked out equals a pint of water out of the entire amount of ocean on planet Earth, I'd say they haven't looked at many.
It's quite a mindfuck. The numbers involved are crazy.
And, considering this planet won't last that long, the sun will blow up eventually and we're about to fuck it up anyway, I'd say the only chance of survival is going into space, so we better start now.

It's called moving forward, investigating - sort of like we've been doing since we ever got up on two legs - but I'm sure a couple of cave men said the same thing. "That round thing they try to make...what are they trying to get from it?".
It will give us a remarkable amount of new information which can bring us a step closer to understanding not only the solar system, but the entire universe. Mars is a key for this exploration.

Not getting into this, nor commenting because - well - it's simply not much fun. I'd rather go to a show.

I could go for a good time and some boozing, but my interest is just lukewarm since there's no new album.
A mans gotta pay his bills I guess.
