I can't believe people that stupid actually exist.

These people exist all over the west. What has happened in the past few years is that everything has been amplified 10 fold and when you have people like Trump in charge during something like this, a disaster will always ensue.

I got a taxi a few days ago. The driver basically unprompted ranted the whole way about how covid is a hoax to create a cashless society and he doesn't think people should have to wear masks.

"if I wear infected you would have to lick a corner that I had just licked. It's not airborn, that's the only way you could catch it from me".

Obviously I was wearing a mask.

Just imagine what would happen if instead of a pandemic, there was a war. Not a middle eastern adventure like Iraq, but a early 20th century style war. How would it turn out with people Trump and BoJo?

This film wound up being a popcorn fart. I've heard nothing about it. They really should've delayed it until next year. These types of films don't really work without a huge push and it being an "event".

There was a massive push, but you're right about next year. 5 people sitting in a cinema screen max (this part of the uk) was not exactly going to pan out well finacially.

The Bond film was just delayed till next year too aftrer being delayed till this winter.

There's no way Warner Brothers don't regret dropping Tenet in 2020.

Anyway if he does have it, he'll be fine.

As Smoking Guns said months back,  hydroxychloroquine well.

So Trump supposedly has covid now.

Will he keep doing rallies?

btw this done wonders for BoJo's approval rating while thousands died in the uk.

I think this thread is a bit of a stretch.

#226 Re: The Sunset Strip » Greatest Album of the 21st Century Elimination Series, Nominations » 256 weeks ago

Okay, so this is what I'm going with:

Kid A - Radiohead
The Marshall Mathers LP - Eminem
Elephant - The White Stripes
Funeral - Arcade Fire
Third - Portishead
TooL - Lateralus
By the Way - Red Hot Chilli Peppers
With Teeth - Nine Inch Nails
Songs for the Deaf - Queens of the Stone Age
Hybrid Theory - Linken Park

Going to try and get just another couple of nominations, then I'll sort a format.

I am glad I'm not the only one who thought of Kid A by Radiohead or Third by Portishead.

#228 Re: The Sunset Strip » The Video Game Console Thread » 256 weeks ago

No Elder Scrolls 6 or Fallout 5 on the PlayStation 5 is a huge blow.

I need my Final Fantasy fix, so I'll certainly be trying to get a PS5 short of death...

Just wondering the situation is with RockStar Games. Sony need to pull out all the stops to make Grand Theft Auto VI an exclusive.

The Console war just went nuclear.

Apparently the uk is getting close to a 2nd national lockdown (England anyway).

With a no deal brexit in Jan finally happening, this us headed for disaster.
