out of curiosity is there any word on who it is?

None as of yet. Japanese rock band MUCC has been rumored, though.

Updates:

Opening act is on right now.

Opening act is done. GN'R next.

Lights out! The first show since 2007 has started! Chinese Democracy!

Axl Rose greets the crowd. Jungle is up.

It's so easy, easy.

Brownstone...

Guns N' Roses chant thanks to Frank. Axl says it's good to be back.

If the world would end today. Guitar solo's up next.

Solo was by Richard. The James Bond theme.

Another chant! Mr. Ferrer! Live and let live!

Lots of pyro during the performance.

But there was a time.

Drum solo? Bass solo?! MY GENERATION WITH TOMMY ON VOCALS?!

I'm gonna need myself the FBI. Followed by The Rocket.

And on the piano... Mr. Dizzy Reed! But that's not stardust at my feet.

Yet another solo, this time by the "newest" newcomer, DJ Ashba.

Sweet Child follows.

It's been sunny in Taipei the past few days, but tonight it started raining...

Fanservice: Axl replaces November with December.

Loads of pyro during the final scene. Crowd is great.

Peter Sellers? Why not.

With your ass in the air!

I've got a funny feeling.

Axl tells a story about meeting Bob Dylan. You should know the rest.

Thank you, goodnight! (Not really)

Dizzy at the piano! This I Love!

Fucking off in G. Axl asks for a beer. Oh, and it gets "better".

Oh, won't you please take me home!

If I see one more U2 reference I swear to God that I'll kick Bono's ass...

See ya, Olorin! I'll be fucking off too.

Happy 40th birthday, Sesame Street!

CAN'T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG?

#15 Re: Guns N' Roses » how are the shows selling this time around? » 814 weeks ago

Look... EVERYTHING is negative according to certain individuals. Get used to it.

Guns N' Roses could be touring and selling out our entire solar system and they'd still complain about how they didn't include Pluto.

#17 Re: Dust N' Bones & Cyborg Slunks » 18 songs recorded for Slash's album » 814 weeks ago

On November 4, SLASH finished recording his solo album. He still has a couple left to mix, but the recording is all done. There are 19 tracks on the album, so you certainly get a lot of music for your money!

I agree that there's nothing wrong with Slash's playing. Fergie sounds alright too.

It's the complete picture that bothers me. How they've made Paradise City flatout suck.

But I don't like to dwell and focus on the "bad" aspects. I'd rather listen to the Japanese track while looking forward to the finished record.
