Let me put in a shameless plug for Zombux's encyclopedia of GNR recordings (linked in his post above). It is thorough, it is fantastic, and it deserves saving or bookmarking for easy reference! Every fan needs to read it!
Second that. Zombux's work is incredible to guide both new and old fans into the mess that are Guns N' Roses's recordings.

The CD contained m4a's. I think they already leaked. The CD contained nothing more as far as I know. I heard that the owner of the CD had one or two more demos.

The versions that leaked in the last years are from 2001 (Maddy, SOD, TWAT). They all come from the same source. I think it was a CD MSL received from an Interscope employee.
