UMG Japan posted about 10 hours ago saying the release is delayed.
Seen some straw grasping that in theory if it releases in US after 10am ET, that’s Dec 3rd in Japan so that would be a delay because the original post in Japan said Dec 2.
We’ll see on that one but the announcement of this release has been so low key that it wouldn’t shock me that this band fails to release music.
Also, don’t know anything about Beta’s daughter but I don’t see any reason to call her a shit person and be misogynistic about her. Feels uncalled for.

The JP bootleg with the soundcheck of Nothing and Atlas is now available for sale. IEM too. Apparently folks will get it over the weekend, so it will probably get posted soon enough.

It looks like Rachtman testimony would be key here. That part is consistent between lawsuit and story in the book.
I can see details like the Stern thing getting confused. Beyond this, it is consistent with other stories that have been heard about Axl from that 86-93 period. I would expect he will try to settle.
He was never known to have a cool head.

I don't see why Fernando would be sharing those scratch Bumblefoot demos.
Those were clearly Bumble being given demos/existing versions of songs and recording his scratch ideas on one channel and panning the rest of the song to the other channel.

Seeing Fernando (allegedly) was giving up unreleased songs to women also, I’m sure Kat isn’t the only one. Usually a crack brings on an avalanche, if there haven’t already been others that were settled
Where is it mentioned that Fernando was giving out the songs?

They would be smart to officially remove Fernando and bring in someone independent and actually experienced. They can massage it by making the person Nando's "assistant".
I can understand conflicting feelings for Axl on all of this because these people are also his family (a good reason not to mix work and family!), but also they work for him.
Slash and Duff... I'd hope they want no part of this with Fernando around. Even though they're not in charge, they know the money for this thing goes up in smoke if they walk. They have leverage and if they want better management of Guns now is the time to move for it.
