Hope we get some videos soon - I want to see if Axl's vocals really have improved, 'cause they were shit-awful on the SA tour, 2002-era quality.

Oh dear, Axl's voice really isn't great on this tour. How'd we end up taking this retrograde step to 2002?

I'd argue that Catcher works pretty well in the acoustic sets they do - those little club shows.

Not a full barre, just one that covers the top four strings. I've never had any trouble playing the intro or the last part, it works just fine for me...

I never learned the correct into to SCoM. I half ass learned it like 15 years ago and I've been running on that since, lol.
I don't play it right myself - I just whack a barre on the 12th fret. Why bother moving your fingers unnecessarily?

Looks like a fun guy to hang around with. It'd be so, so hard to not fawn over him like those guys, though.

Oh, come on. Lyrically, any VR or GN'R ballad is streets (of dreams) ahead of Myles and his 'Starlight is bright tonight' schtick. Vocally, he sounds like 2002 Helium Axl. And in terms of stage presence, he looks like what he is - a (perfectly good) guitarist who's been thrust into the role of frontman and doesn't quite know what to do with his hands.
Personally, I reckon Duff and Matt should tell Axl and Slash to go hang. Hook up with Corey and Izzy, find another lead guitarist (Dave Navarro? Zakk Wylde? John 5? Joe Perry?) and hit the road. I'd rather see that than Myles butchering Civil War for the hundredth time.

I love Robin. Balls to the lot of you.

Lock Slash in a room with this:
on a constant loop, until he understands that it is better than this:
IN EVERY FUCKING RESPECT.

Just rewatched that video of It's So Easy with Corey and Slash. Slash, you massive fucking tool, you nixed a VR reunion with Corey on vocals - the only singer I've seen who manages to put the same level of venom into ISE that Axl does - so you could fuck around with Myles and his banal songwriting and his helium voice and his inability to LEARN THE FUCKING WORDS TO THE SONGS?
