Part of me thinks it's just crazy enough to be an album cover!

Had a search online for the image the creator used to no avail

Found this online...fan made no doubt but ok-ish imo (must be the jugs ;-)

It appeared online the same day the news broke about the trademark registration.

Cheers, you heard any more info about a release this year? If not, do you think 2015 is still a possibility?

#144 Re: Guns N' Roses » Atlas Shrugged » 602 weeks ago

Might be something to do with Anne Darken who is a composer.

Ah well, got excited for a bit!

Definitiey sounded like something though listening to the track sad

Interesting stuff.

Quite like the tone. Did someone once describe Atlas as a glam rock November Rain?

Could fit I guess.

Can your contact be pressed for further info?

Edit - You mind if I pass this around the forums, or is there a chance to get more from your contact?

^^What are our chances of this year do you think?

Still amazes me to think that in 2004 Axl was talking about announcing a release date 'within a few months'.

The Chinese saga was a long one, and I fear we are entering, beyond reasonable doubt, another long phase without a new studio release. As someone rightly said above, Axl's hand was forced with the releases of both the illusions and Chinese.

Leaks are the ultimate force potentially that might precipitate a new release, but after the skwerl affair it seems almost unthinkable that someone would attempt a leak on such a large scale. I don't necessarily condone leaks, but if that is what brings forth a release from Guns, I'm sure many would be in favour. Perhaps an anonymous party out there might soon spill his beans.

Who knows, but I miss the thrill of new guns music.

I wonder if one day we'll get to hear some of these tracks. I certainly hope so...life is too fuckin short

Sorry guys, I hate to disagree but I really can't see how the word 'Zodiac' could be cut and pasted together from the multitracks (or elsewhere) whilst maintaining the level of multi layering so evident in much of Axl's studio tracks.

I admit my desire for new music may be clouding my judgment but I just got a good feeling about this one. I remember when nemus leaked Madagascar and evening thought it was BS. So the Soulmonster guy has a bit of a history.

Maybe he got lucky this time. He does, after all, have (or had) a copy of the Grenade version of Chinese.

I'm hearing "Zodiac took me, Zodiac took you".

New clip surfaced in the last few days. As with so many of these types of clips I'm inclined to call fake, but the 'axl' vocals are clearly multi-layered as with alot of gnr studio music.
