Judging from the couple songs I heard so far, I'm really not expecting too much at all from Baz's album. BITS was very forgettable, and Bitchslap sounded like it was 20 years old.

Hey what's going on guys ?
I've been trying to find the forum for the past week. Never bookmarked it. I was just using the temp site as a way to get back in. So, I tried another ROV google search this morning and I came to an ROV site where Brody said "this is the one and only ROV."
I'm just going out on a limb hear, but are you guys feuding or what ?
On topic - the Baz / Axl cover was disappointing. Nothing special at all.

I have to agree with James.
I'm not at all impressed with BBF's playing.
I've heard a few of his songs and I just don't get what the attraction is.
The way he tries shredding some of the gunner classics just completely ruins the song, IMO.

no one is making you read it (HTGTH). at least the folks there support the band which is a lot more than we can say about you. you just want to live in 1988 all over again, and you spend every day trolling GnR boards because it hurts your little feelings that GnR still goes on without your heros. yea real fuckin cool man!
It's not about living in 1988.
What exactly are we supposed to "get onboard" to ?
The fact that they don't release albums ? The fact that they can't finish tours without having the plug pulled, or cancelling shows for absolutely no reason ? The fact that Axl can't keep his word when he says he will keep his fans updated ? The ongoing lies and prolonged silence ?? The years and years of constant disappointments and let-downs ??
Yeah, man. That sounds like a real good thing that we got going.

I don't believe that this album will ever be released, so I see no reason for the ongoing nostalgia tours.
Everything with this lineup has been a constant fuck story. They can't release albums. They can't finish tours. Not to mention, not one demo that I've heard comes close to touching anything that the real band was able to do.
I'd really like to see 2008 bring the firing of Beta and Del and anyone else who helps to contribute to Axl's brainwashing. Time for these guys to go and find themselves a new meal ticket.
I don't know about you guys, but I think a reunion of the original lineup, before they are 60, would sure be nice.

BBA we have been through issues with you about constantly posting about the old band in the new section in the past.
So far since you have started posting, I have seen you speak of them having a reunion in the new section,
please lets not start this up again and post reunion talk in the section provided.buzzsaw
So who are the admins? Shouldn't they be telling people what is ok and what isn't? There's nothing worse than a hall monitor wannabe. There really is no need for this but your point is valid, not that JB should have addressed the situation as he did but also has a point.
Sorry, DTJ.
My point wasn't really about the old band.
My point is that I really have no interest in seeing Axl and his nostalgia act back out on tour covering Guns N Roses songs.
The topic asks where Guns N Roses should tour next...
I simply answered. I 'd liked to see them tour anywhere and soon.
I'm just not personally interested in another NU GN'R tour.

Anyway, enough slagging. Glad to see you guys are back.
On topic, I definitely think Axl deserves a place with the other legends in rock history, but I seriously think that he is disgracing the band name with what he is doing today.
