Thanks! Strange, you would have thought the band would have familiarised themselves with atmos before commissioning 40 songs to be remixed!
I have really enjoyed some of Steve Wilson's work - seeing Porcupine Tree in the Albert Hall was very cool. But I wouldn't have put him together with GNR

Thanks all! Kind of reminds me of the rumoured Axl collaboration with another rapper (Shaq?). Clearly there's a gnr / hip hop album in a parallel universe somewhere waiting to come out!

I was reading that back in the day GNR partied a couple of times with N.W.A. and there's a rumour they collaborated on a track called 'yellow brick road of Compton'. I wander if there's any truth in that?

Axl is working hard in the studio right now!
In the China Exchange interview he plainly said the band was not releasing music because there was no money in it. He didn't care about any of that back in the day, but suddenly now when he's loaded he has no interest in an album if he doesn't get paid.
There's no money in it because they can't write good enough music!
